PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately and safely ligate hemorrhoids with a rubber ring by visually confirming how it is inserted into a hemorrhoid sucking and storing guide for the hemorrhoids. SOLUTION: A hemorrhoid ligating rubber ring is held on the outer periphery of a rubber ring holding part of a hemorrhoid sucking and storing guide 2 by using a kit 5 for mounting a rubber and the hemorrhoids of a diseased part are caught with the front end of the rubber ring holding part and suction is started to pull it into a hemorrhoid sucking space. How the hemorrhoids are inserted is visually observed through the rubber ring holding part and as by operating a lever 9 while a place for ligating the hemorrhoids is confirmed a mounting and working body 7 is forwarded and the rubber ring for ligating the hemorrhoids is pushed out and it can be fitted on the hemorrhoids, it is possible to more accurately and safely ligate hemorrhoids with a rubber ring.
