PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive double-coated tape for flooring fixation which inhibits expansion, shrinkage, warp, etc. of floorings in a practical environment and enables laying of floors with a beautiful finish and a floor-laying process using the tape. SOLUTION: In this adhesive double-coated tape 1 for flooring fixation, wherein the base material is a foam sheet, and a floor-laying process using this tape, an adhesive which is laminated on at least one side of the base material foam sheet 13 has a storage elastic modulus at 100 deg.C, determined by a viscoelastic spectrum in the shear direction at a measuring frequency of 10 Hz, of from 0.3×105 to 1.0×105 Pa.
