PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an application program even without inputting a source program by executing a subroutine specified by the property value of a component of when data is received. SOLUTION: A controlling part 11 generates image data of when a program is executed from the arrangement of each component on a program production form. When data is also inputted to a numerical data editing component and a character string editing component which are arranged on the program generation form, a program is generated so as to access and execute a DLL set to a DLL file name property of the components. Further, when a thing that has an image control property being 'true' exists in a memory area control component arranged on the program generation form, programs are generated so as to set data written in a memory area for image data to the property of each component and they are written in an external storage device 4.
