PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily newly generate or revise test contents of a protocol at the level of general users and to quickly execute the generated test contents. SOLUTION: An SDL diagram generating means 23 edits, generates and registers an SDL diagram, corresponding to a protocol desired to be tested on a screen of a display device 22 by an operation of an operation section 21, and when an SDL diagram selection means 30 selects an arbitrary SDL diagram among SDL diagrams registered by the SDL diagram generating means 23, a communication test means 31 reads an execution macro which corresponds to each SDL descriptor of the selected SDL diagram and executes the macro to conduct communication which according to the selected SDL diagram with an exchange 10 that is a test object.
