PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption by efficiently acquiring a control channel at the outside of a zone, when setting roaming. SOLUTION: When a mobile communication is at the outside of a service area and in an out-zone state, prior to scanning of a perch channel frequency of a home enterprise and a roaming destination enterprise, whether or not perch channel frequencies of both the enterprises stored in advance are the same is discriminated. When they are the same, whether or not the perch channel is in standby as a standby channel of the home enterprise and whether or not the perch channel is in standby as a standby channel of the roaming destination enterprise are displayed based on scanning of a perch channel frequency and reception of its notice information are discriminated.
