PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the merchandise carrying device of an automatic vending machine which can be manufactured at low costs for surely ejecting and transferring merchandise from a merchandise rack by driving a merchandise ejecting means by engaging a floating gear which is rotation-driven by a driving source with an ejection gear. SOLUTION: A merchandise discharging device 21 is provided with a partition main body 23, front gear(ejection gear) 24 and rear gear 25, timing belt 26, an pusher 27. The front gear 24 is constituted of the two stages of a small gear part 24a around which the timing belt 26 is wound and a large gear 24b with a larger diameter than that of the small gear part 24a which is engaged with a floating gear 41. Then, in this merchandise ejecting device 21, when the front gear 24 is rotation-driven in a clockwise direction shown by a figure by the floating gear 41, the timing belt 26 is rotated, and the pusher 27 is moved forward. Then, the whole merchandise in a merchandise rack is pushed forward and carried out, and the frontmost merchandise is ejected from an ejection port at the front edge of the merchandise rack.
