PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a developing labor by constructing an application program which does not depend on the input/output quantity (the number of inputting/ outputting items) of a picture by only one Form (picture definiendum) at the generation of the application program with a picture inputting/outputting system through the use of a visual developing language such as visual basic. SOLUTION: Control is dynamically generated and arranged on a picture by reading information from a definiendum file 10 defining Control (a component for setting attribute information of an object executing the input/output of the picture by the portion of the number of the object executing input/output) dynamically prepared and arranged on the picture by one basic Form program 9 showing the content of a program. At the same time, data is read from a data file 11 based on picture information of the file 10 and this is supplied to a prescribed Control.
