SOLUTION: This device is provided with a warning window information data base 50 for connecting a plant input point with a warning window and a warning window displaying means 1 equipped with the display area of a warning window group in which the plural monitor points of the plant are summarized at one part of the screen of a display device for changing the display state of the warning window corresponding to the warning state for informing an operator of the presence or absence of the warning of the plant.
