PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power consumption by omitting processing in a case when processing such as the processing of the background of an original can be omitted in the picture data processing of a picture processor. SOLUTION: Picture data ID for the portion of one line inputted from a picture inputting device is stored in a line memory 26 and picture data of an address designated by an address control part 27 is outputted to a same signal judging part 28. The part 28 judges whether this-time input picture data (IDn) is the same as last-time input picture data (IDn-1), and in the case of being not the same, picture-processes it to output as print data PD. In the case of being the same, picture data is not processed but data (PDn-1) processed and outputted last time (this data is held on the outputted side of a binarization circuit 25) is outputted as print data PD of this time.
