PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high potential by electrification and high sensitivity, undergoing no change in various characteristics even after repeated use and capable of exhibiting a stable performance. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer containing a new crystal type titanyl oxyphthalocyanine and an enamine compound of formula I or II. In the formulae I and II, R1 and R2 are each alkyl, benzyl or phenyl, R3 and R4 are each H, alkyl, aryl or a heterocyclic group and (n) is 0 or 1.
