<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level detecting device which can prevent leak of water due to an operating defect. SOLUTION: The device is constituted in such a way that a proximity switch 8 which is arranged outside a liquid storage container 4 is provided, that a float 13 which is arranged inside the liquid storage container 4 is provided, that magnet 14 which is integrated with the float 13 and which makes and breaks the proximity switch 8 according to a distance to the switch 8 is provided, that a sliding member 19 which is integrated with the float 13 and the magnet 14 is provided and that a guide pipe 25 which is arranged inside the liquid storage container 4 and by which the sliding member 19 can be slid and moved on the inner wall is provided. In this case, the lower part of a sliding face 19a on the sliding member 19 is chamfered.</p> |
