PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase resolution and to reduce the leakage of radiation by dividing a curative dose into segments, moving a beam relative to the radiotherapy in parallel during the irradiation of the curative dose, and adjusting a multileave collimator to obtain the outline of an object. SOLUTION: In a radiotherapeutic device 2 where a mutlileave collimator(MLC) 4 and a controller in a casing 9 are used together with a treatment processing device 100, the MLC 4 is mounted on a projecting part of a gantry 6 rotatable about a horizontal rotary shaft 8, and a linear accelerator for generating high energy radiation necessary for the treatment is arranged on the gantry 6. The proceedings are executed while dividing a system into a planning stage and a treatment stage, a curative port dose is divided into segments, a field is moved in parallel with a beam during each segment, and a leaf position is adjusted by the MLC 4 to keep the outline of a tumor.
