PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a miso (fermented soybean paste) from being dried with an opening closed automatically and to maintain airtightness at the inside of a bag and freshness for the miso by a method wherein an opening is formed with a neck provided at a miso bag and the neck part is made bendable with grooves formed at the base thereof. SOLUTION: Parts at the upper right and the upper left of a miso bag are formed in sloping shoulders 8 in order to form a neck part 3, and with the shape of the neck part at the center and spaces extending toward the outside respectively from the edges of the neck part 3 and edges of shoulder parts left as they are and parts outside thereof are cut after compressive bonding is made. Then, both sides of a container are put together at a part corresponding to the base of the neck part 3, and grooves 2 protruding in the same direction are formed, extending from one end to the other end. As a result, an opening 1 is formed out of the neck part 3, and an appropriate amount of miso can be taken out easily with the amount of miso gathering in the neck part 3 as a standard. The miso can be taken out sanitarily without staining hand with ease for pushing out of miso ensured by presence of the sloping shoulder parts 8. Furthermore, the container can be sealed up with the neck part 3 bent automatically at the part of the grooves 2.
