PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill powder in a powder storage container into a container at a high speed and hinder the powder from clogging the pouring aperture of the powder storage container by providing gas inlets for letting gas into the powder from the side faces of the powder storage container storing the powder inside and having in its lower end the pouring aperture for pouring the powder into the container. SOLUTION: When powder is poured into a container 7 after the pouring aperture 1a of a powder storage container 1 is opened, air inlet 2, made through the side walls of the powder storage container 1 upward obliquely from outside to inside, let compressed air, whose amount is suitable for each kind of powder, into the powder, stored in the powder storage container 1, from a compressed-air source via air piping 4. By letting the compressed air into the powder in the powder storage container 1, the powder in the powder storage container 1 can be ejected from the pouring aperture 1a at a high speed and filled into the container 7. Also, the powder is hindered from clogging the inside of the powder storage container 1 and the pouring aperture 1a. Additionally, because the air inlets are formed obliquely upward, the stored powder is surely caused to fall.
