PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn having unevenness to the longitudinal direction of the yarn by supplying three kind of slivers at once to a drafting device of a roving manufacturing equipment (roving frame, rover, bobbiner) installed with a roller type drafting device, winding up as draftable single rove type thread bundle after individually varying the draft rate of the three kind of slivers and supplying this to the next fine spinning process. SOLUTION: This roving manufacturing equipment (roving frame, rover, bobbiner) is installed with three individually rotating back bottom rollers 8, 8', 8", back top rollers 9, 9', 9" on the drafting device, the three slivers 4, 5, 6 are supplied to each back bottom roller and back top roller, and the draft rates of the three kind of slivers are individually varied by individually controlling the three back bottom roller driving motors 27, 28 in a previously set speeds.
