PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall structure which is easy in execution and capable of shortening the construction period and reducing the execution costs. SOLUTION: This wall structure comprises a backing panel 2 and a longitudinal frame 3 continuously provided on one side end part thereof between upper and lower floor slabs S1, S2. A metallic wall substrate 1 in which a large number of recessed parts 4 are cut and erected over the whole surface of the backing panel 2 is erected, and a wall finishing material such as tiles and stones 8 is attached to the surface of the backing panel 2 of the wall substrate 1 through a mortar 7 or an adhesive.
