PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding which is provided with a cool feeling with good appearance, does not check ventilation and moisture absorptive properties, is hardly deformed after washing and is provided with excellent durability. SOLUTION: A thin lace cloth 2 is superimposed on the front surface of a towel cloth 1 or a gauze cloth is superimposed on the front surface of the towel cloth 1 by holding a middle cotton layer between them. Then, the lace cloth is superimposed on this and sewed over a whole surface to permit sewing lines 3 to be a grid-shape or a mesh.
