PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the inclination or fall of a rack by supporting a roller so as to roll on a guide surface in the case of earthquake or the like by axially fitting the roller, which can be freely rotated around a horizontal axis, at the upper part of the rack and arranging the guide surface for supporting the roller while rolling it in contact along with the moving direction of the roller at the time of rack inclination on the side of the ceiling. SOLUTION: When an earthquake or the like occurs and vibrations are acted upon a rack 1, wheels arranged at the base plate part of the rack L are unlocked and turned into free state from the rail on the side of floor surface. When the rack 1 is inclined forward in the direction of rail, the rear lower part of the rack 1 is floated from the rail. In this case, a rolling surface 2a of a roller 2 axially fitted to the upper part of the rack 1 is rolled in contact with both upper and lower guide surfaces 3b and 3a of a ceiling rail 3, and the rack 1 is prevented from being floated up. At the same time, by rolling the roller 2 along with both the upper and lower guide surfaces 3a and 3b while utilizing rolling touches without receiving considerable frictional resistance the oscillation of earthquake or the like is effectively absorbed and the fall of the rack 1 is prevented.
