PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily induce alpha waves at the time of sleeping corresponding to the user of a pillow by embedding vibrators, which are vibrated in the cycle approximate to alpha waves, at the positions of backs of both ears inside the pillow and driving the vibrators by operating an external vibration generation control unit connected by a cable. SOLUTION: A block, with which a pad 1 with vibrators is held between pads 2 for lateral vibrator position control, is inserted to the central hole of a rectangular pad 3 and overlapped on a pad 4 for vibrator height control later. The overlapped pads are housed in a housing case and the vibrators are coupled to a control unit 6 by the cable. The control unit 6 is composed of a variable vibrator-vibration generating circuit 7 and a relay 8 with timer for time variable automatic stop when the relay 8 is turned on, the vibrators are vibrated by operating the vibration generating circuit 7. The vibrators are fitted to the backs of both the ears of pillow user while adjusting the dimension of the pad 2 for lateral vibrator position control, and hypnosis can be promoted by easy operation, i.e., just turning a volume resistance control knob.
