CONTROL APPARATUS OF WELDING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A control system of a semi-automatic welder is provided to remotely control the welder from a wire feeder with only signal lines. CONSTITUTION: A control system contains an A/D converting unit(A/D) to convert plural control signals to digital signals; a transmission control unit(CPU1) in a wire feeder to transmit the digital signals as a serial signal through a time sharing; a receiving control unit(CPU2) to generate a parallel signal with the serial signal; D/A converting units(DA1-DA3) to convert the reproducing signal from the receiving control unit; and amplifying units(AMP1,AMP2) in a welder to reproduced the control signal by amplifying the analog signals from the D/A converting units. Thereby, a control cable is stored in a gas hose by reducing signal lines.
