PURPOSE: An oil filter of a dual structure is provided to simply change a filter with a new won by rotating a handle protruded to the top of a case by forming the internal structure of the oil filter dually, thereby reusing the oil filter. CONSTITUTION: An oil filter of a dual structure includes a cylindrical case(20) punched with a hole(21) in the center of a top surface, a fixing part(40) inserted in the case and having a discharge path(44) formed with a plurality of through holes(45), a lower flange(42) formed with a plurality of introduction holes(43) at the right and left sides, and a bottom part formed with a screw(41) to be coupled with a cylinder block, a gasket(60) fitted into a gap of a bottom coupling part between the fixing part and the case, a plurality of filters inserted on an outer peripheral surface of the fixing part, a rotation part(30) formed with partitions(46) in the center to be inserted outside the filter, dividing the filter, and fitted with packings on outer peripheries of the partitions to be closely contacting the discharge path of the fixing part, and a handle(31) integrally coupled with an upper part of the rotation part to be protruded to the top surface of the case.
