<p>To improve the power of an electric asynchronous machine comprising a rotor, a stator, a winding allocated to the stator or rotor with at least two legs by means of which a circulating polar field can be generated and at least one current or voltage source to power the winding, it is proposed that the winding (60) comprise at least an even number N of four or more partial windings (S), the partial windings (S) be interconnected in the form of a polygonal circuit in such a way that the number of angles of the polygonal circuit corresponds to the number of partial windings (S) and each angle represents a connection point (V) of successive partial windings in the polygonal circuit, each connection point (V) have a supply terminal (SP), the supply terminals (SP) of opposite connection point of the polygonal circuit forming a connection pair (SP1, SP4, SP2, SP5, SP3, SP6), and the connection pairs of the polygonal circuit be in separate circuits and each circuit cause a periodically changing current distributed to both sets of partial windings to flow through the winding (60).</p> |
