PURPOSE: A magnetic card system for controlling an organic unit and a computer and a method for controlling the same are provided to previously calculate a fee if a magnetic card is used for an organic device and a computer by using a magnetic card system. CONSTITUTION: A sensor senses a position of a magnetic card when the magnetic card is inserted or moved. A reading/writing part reads a stored data of the card, or writes a data in the card. An applying part applies a reading/writing control signal to the reading/writing part. A controller(20) controls the applying part, and controls a card system by using an internal program. A display(90) displays a fee data and an error by using a control signal of the controller. A storage part stores a residual fee data of the card. A first switch makes a setting state of the internal program of the controller be displayed on the display. A first dip switch(140) sets an inherent number of each store in the card. A second dip switch(150) adjusts an on/off time of a relay, and adjusts the number of on/off times of a relay part. The relay part(100) makes the organic device and a computer be controlled by the card system.
