PURPOSE: An adjusting device for the angle of a shock absorber in a suspension apparatus adjusts reducing force by varying the installing point of the shock absorber supporting an accelerator. CONSTITUTION: A device for adjusting the angle of a shock absorber(48) contains a detecting unit(14) of loaded amount, an actuator(16), and an angle adjuster(18). Therefore, the detecting unit of loaded amount detects the amount of load in a motor vehicle for an electronic controlling apparatus(28) to control the actuator. Then, the actuator moves the angle adjuster installed at the upper end of the shock absorber for adjusting the installing angle of the shock absorber around an accelerator(20).
