METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SPEED OF ROTOR IN RUBBER PREPARING MIXER

PURPOSE: A rotor speed controlling method is provided to control the rotating speed of a rotor of a mixer by sensing the mixing temperature of the rubber to be proper to the heat radiation property of the rubber supplied to the mixer. CONSTITUTION: A rotor speed controlling method comprises the steps of: sensing the temperature delivered from a thermocouple installed in a rubber producing mixer; determining the adjustment of the rotation of a rotor(2) by the sequence programmed in a computer according to the signals delivered from the thermocouple; and adjusting the rotating speed of the rotor by adjusting the rotating power of a DC power supply motor(4) in a PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) according to the rotor rotation adjustment signals of the computer. Herein, the rotating speed of the rotor is adjusted to be proper to the heat radiation property of rubber. Therefore, the rubber can be mixed at the predetermined range of temperature.
