METHOD FOR EXTRACTING CALL SET-UP FAILURE AND PREMATURE DISCONNECT PROBABILITY USING COMMUNICATION NETWORK DATA

PURPOSE: A method for extracting a call set-up failure probability and a premature disconnect probability by using a data communication network is provided to use billing data recording information relating to entire calls, so as to calculate a quality value. CONSTITUTION: A form database(21) and a call clear cause database(22) are installed in quality items necessary for a data communication network quality management. The form database(21) and the call clear cause database(22) are read(S1). billing records are read from communication network data(23)(S2). The billing records are verified whether the billing records are normal records(S3). If so(S4), outgoing/incoming numbers of the records and numbers recorded in the form database(21) are decided whether the outgoing/incoming numbers are the same as the recorded numbers(S5). If so, information contents of a statistical database(24) preconstructed according to the form database(21), the outgoing/incoming numbers, day, and time are updated(S6). A call set-up failure probability and a premature disconnect probability are calculated from the information contents of the statistical database(24)(S7).
