PURPOSE: A producing method of a cooking tool is provided to simplify a producing process, to reduce materials and to reduce a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A handle(22) and a forming plate for food accepting bowl are cut from stainless steel plates of different thickness. The end of the handle is welded with the food bowl forming plate integrally. The welded portion of the handle and the food bowl forming plate is polished finely. A food accepting bowl is produced by pressurizing the forming plate to be similar to a bowl(26) after cutting. Thereby, a cooking tool(40) having a bowl portion is produced.
