<p>The invention relates to a detection and alert device intended to follow and monitor the physical status of babies and handicapped persons as well as their usual environment, said device comprising a casing (1) wherein are housed the necessary means, in particular electronic circuits, to detect modifications of temperature, humidity, noise, air velocity and ambient light prevailing in the usual environment of the baby or person, through the use of sensors (3), incorporating the corresponding indicators (13) and connected to a sensor (7) to control the frequency of the heart beats and its activity, and incorporating a sensor (5) responsive to the babies cry or to the groans or noises emitted by a handicapped adult. Said device is capable of discriminating between the various cry or groan frequencies; a timer (9) associated to the babies lactation is provided with means for sending an alert signal to a monitor-receiver.</p> |
