In the present invention there is disclosed a belt filtering apparatus of contaminated liquids (13) in which a cleaning plant (29) has at least one spraying head being located on rear side of filtering belt and above the contaminated liquid level (13). The spraying head consists of at least one nozzle (30) producing spray jet (32) in the direction counter the filtering belt rear side. In a belt filter (14) bottom region there is located a collecting tank (28) and a cleaning liquid rebounded from the filtering belt flows through a collecting through into the collecting tank (28).
