PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently operate the usage of a bus concerning a memory control method by which memory control is executed by acquiring the usage of the bus to be also used for the other processing unit and issuing a command to a memory with internal processing function. SOLUTION: While considering that the memory 10 with internal processing function is shifted to be in a busy state when the memory 10 starts internal processing, after the command is issued, when the memory 10 with internal processing function shifting to be in the busy state in the middle of processing, the usage of a bus 13 is released or when issuing a command for calling the busy state, the usage of the bus 13 is released without confirming the shift of the memory 10 with internal processing function to busy state and continuously, the shift of the memory 10 with internal processing function from busy state to ready state is waited. In such a waiting state, when the shift of the memory 10 with internal processing function to the ready state is detected, the usage of the bus 13 is acquired so that processing can be continued.
