PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for molding triple or more continuous case. SOLUTION: A case molding apparatus 10 consists of a plurality of three or more male molds 11, 12, an up-and-down moving means for moving the respective male molds up and down, a slide means allowing the respective male molds to approach each other accompanying the rising of the male molds and separating them accompanying the falling of them and a bending means for bending the folds of a case material accompanied by the rising of the male molds. The up-and-down moving means of male molds consists of the mold receiving stand 13 supporting the respective male molds to move up and down and the mold receiving stand driving member 14 connected to the mold receiving stand to move the same up and down and the slide means consists of the slide rails 15 on the mold receiving stand arranged with respect to the male molds to be slid, the rods 16 connected to the male molds to be slid at one ends thereof and the guide members 21 guiding the other ends of the rods 16 and the bending means consists of the bending members 25 bending the folds of the case material and the bending member support arms supporting the bending members.
