PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming machine having an actuator which can cope with various forming products at a simple structure by reducing the number of parts of a driving mechanism in a forming tool. SOLUTION: In this forming machine, various deformation processing is applied to the material sequentially transferred to a processing position by synchronously actuating plural forming tools. The forming machine includes a substrate 2 on the front face of which the forming position for applying various processing is arranged, the plural number of linear motor actuators 40 radially arranged towards the forming position at the substrate front face, tool holders 43 fixed to the moving members of the linear motor actuators 40, forming tools 44, 52, 53 and 54 detachably installed to the tool holders 43, and a NC control device for collectly controlling the linear motor actuators.
