PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the dimensional and facial precision of an electrical cavity boundary. SOLUTION: A cavity resonator structure includes an upper member 11 on which an annular protrusion 11a is formed, and a second lower member 12 having an annular protrusion 12a, inside which the protrusion 11a of the upper member 11 is arranged, and a contact portion which electrically contacts the end face of the protrusion 11a inside of the protrusion 12a. The outer face of the protrusion 11 a is brazed to the inner face of the protrusion 12a and a space G is provided outside the electrical contact portion between the end face S1 of the protrusion 11a and the upper face S2 of the lower member 12.
