PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper/lower case connecting structure of an electronic equipment, where an upper and a lower case are easily and surely linked together, and an electronic part and a linking piece are restrained from coming into contact with each other in the case when the linking piece is moved. SOLUTION: An upper/lower case connecting structure is composed of a linking piece 6 equipped with a flexible arm 4 and arm fixing parts 5 located at the ends of the arm 4, and case fixing parts 7 that are each provided to an upper case 2 and a lower case 3 corresponding to the arm fixing parts 5 of the flexible arm 4. When the arm fixing parts 5 are each fixed to the case fixing parts 7, an upper and a lower case which form an electronic equipment case 1 are surely linked together if the upper and lower case are opened or closed in an electronic equipment mounting operation or a maintenance operation, and the upper/lower case connecting structure is restrained from coming into contact with an electronic equipment so as not to be damaged or to deteriorate in insulating properties.
