PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit of a laser diode which is capable of suppressing wasteful power consumption and is capable of suppressing the generation of radio wave, too. SOLUTION: This driving circuit of the laser diode is equipped with a current circuit 20, which makes a drive current to flow through the laser diode, an APC circuit 30 as a first control circuit, which keeps light output of the laser diode constant by controlling the current circuit 20 in accordance with the light output of the laser diode, thereby changing the drive current, a superposed circuit 40, which makes an alternating current to flow through the laser diode in superposition and a second control circuit 50, which controls a power supply voltage of the superposed circuit 40 in accordance with temp. |
