PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member mounting structure which is capable of mounting a member to be mounted having an engaging pawl to a mounting position and simultaneously locking the engagement of the member to be mounted, allows the removal of the member to be mounted by releasing of the engagement with a fingertip operation, is simple in constitution and is good in operability when the member to be mounted is attachably and detachably mounted at the hook hole disposed in the mounting position. SOLUTION: The member 2 to be mounted is turnably provided with a stopper 3 including a lock pawl 32 and a manipulation part 34. This lock pawl 32 is elastically engaged into a clearance 53 formed between the hook hole 6 and the lock pawl 23 when dropped into the hook hole 5. The manipulation part 34 is so formed as to be made manipulatable by utilizing turning in a direction where the engagement of the lock pawl 32 is released.
