<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain specified output signals by equalizing output signals fed from both outputting leads. SOLUTION: This structure comprises an input lead 1, having at one face a light emitting element 1d for emitting a light signal, based on an input signal, mutually facing output leads 4, 6 which have photodetectors 4b, 6b for providing output signals up receipt of the light signal from the light emitting element 1d on their respective first faces and are disposed to be flush with each other, and a coupling resin 12 poured into the input lead 1 and the first faces of the output leads 4, 6 so as to cover the light emitting element 1d and the photodetectors 4, 6, and the output leads 4, 6 have cuts 4c, 6c forming mutually facing approximately symmetric protrusions 4d, 6d, respectively in regions into which the coupling resin 12 is poured into.</p> |
