PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor and diagnose inside a manhole, conveniently and with high workability. SOLUTION: This device photographs the inside of a manhole 9 as an annular image of a wide-angle three-dimensional image, converts annular image information into two-dimensional video information, converts the two-dimensional video information into a visual image, and records and displays it to monitor/diagnose the inside of the manhole 9. As a result, the entire image inside the manhole can easily be monitored and diagnosed and workability made efficient. Also, stationary monitoring system and diagnosis are made available by recording monitoring situations.
