<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously retrieve an ID card information and to improve a retrieval performance. SOLUTION: In this method, following processings are executed in parallel, a retrieval terminal 6 gives the retrieval request of reference data to a filing server 5 based on an inputted retrieval condition; the filing server 5 receives the retrieval request, retrieves retrieval condition DB5a, returns retrieval results (a plurality of results are possible) to the retrieval terminal 6; the terminal 6 displays the transmitted retrieval results on a display part 6b and a processing where the retrieval terminal 6 gives the request of reference data decided from the list of the retrieval results displayed on the display part 6b to the filing server 5; the filing server 5 obtains address information of requested reference data from address DB5b, obtains face picture data, recorded information from MO disks stored in automatic changers 7 based on address information and transmits them to the retrieval terminal 6; and the retrieval terminal 6 receives them and temporarily stores the face picture data and the recorded information in a hard disk 6a.</p> |
