C-TERMINAL NUCLEOTIDE SEQUENCE OF 180KDA REPLICASE GENE OF KGMMV(KYURI GREEN MOTTLE MOSAIC VIRUS) AND AMINO ACID SEQUENCE DERIVED FROM IT

摘要

PURPOSE: cDNA Nucleotide sequence of c-terminal of replicase being 180kDa of KGMMV(Kyuri Green Motile Mosaic Virus) is useful for developing the diagnosis method of viral disease. CONSTITUTION: Nucleotide and amino acid sequences(drawing 3) of C-terminal of replicase of KGMMV is provided which are cloned into pGEMT-Easy vector. KGMMV is isolated from Zucchini Squash leaves, which is infected with virus and total RNAs of KGMMV are purified by phenol extraction method. The nucleotide sequence of PCR product, which is cloned into pGEMT-Easy vector, is determined and amino acid sequence is sequenced therefrom.
