WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM USING BUBBLE

PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of chemical or biological treatment, bubbles are produced, so times for activating and dehydrating are reduced. CONSTITUTION: A reactivating tank has inlets for supplying air and microorganism agent, and waste water is mixed promptly in the tank to make bubbles. Chemical and biological reactions are occurred in short time by enough contact with air. Wastewater goes through screen and flows into storage tank(11). An air compressor(15) supplies appropriate amount of air using impeller which is installed in the reactivating tank(16). A pump(14) supplies agent, so bubbles are produced in the reactivating tank and exhausted through outlet(17). A pump(12) has a function for controlling the amount of waste water. Bubbles are produced without adding a surface active agent in the tank, and odor can be removed by adding catalyst.
