SYSTEM FOR MANAGING MOVING MATERIALS AND A METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A system is provided to manage moving materials with the shortest time and the minimal cost. CONSTITUTION: A system for managing moving materials comprises: a TRS(Trunked Radio System ) information terminal for transmitting a current location in a regular time unit; a bar code terminal for frequently understanding the changing situation of stocks by reading the bar code, attached to the materials; a moving material transporter(50) for mounting a map information terminal providing location information and map information about local member offices or sole agencies; moving material database(30) for receiving the information from the moving material transporter(50) through the TRS air net(B), and being accumulated or renewed; a material management server(10) for being connected with material database(41) of a head office, material database(42) of the member offices, material database(43) of the sole agencies, connecting stock management database(40), and connecting the moving material database(30).
