<p>PURPOSE: A rubber tile which is manufactured by using waste tire rubber powder, is provided to remove noise and vibration as well as to have a cushion function. CONSTITUTION: A rubber tile manufacturing method comprises the steps of: inputting 85-90 wt% of waste tire rubber powder and 10-15 wt% of a polyurethane bonding agent into a mixer and then mixing; cutting the mixture per 3mm,8mm and 12mm sized thickness by a slicer while transferring the mixture to a roller conveyor after molding in a plate shape by a hydraulic steam press; and bonding in a state of covering the lower plate with the present upper plate after coating the lower plate that is made from waste tire rubber material, with the polyurethane bonding agent.</p> |
