PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry in/out, to attach/detach and to precisely retain connections of various kinds and shapes by horizontally installing a supporting base which fixes connections through a plurality of bolt holes on a rotary body that is rotated by a motor, and also attaching freely detachably a positioning guide for the connections. SOLUTION: An installation base 54 is horizontally fixed with a bolt 60 on the front lower part of a rotary body 50 that is rotated around a horizontal shaft by a driving unit 40 consisting of a motor 42, pulley 44 and belt 45. This motor 42 is controlled by a forward/reverse rotation controller 46 and a remote switch 48. In addition, a plurality of bolt holes 64 are drilled on the installation base 54, enabling various steel connections to be fixed and held on the base with bolts. Further provided on both sides of the front end of the installation base 54 are a pocket 72 which is for attaching freely detachably a guide 68 for positioning a steel connection, and a supporting arm 76 which is for supporting an extension bar 74 for holding a large steel connection. A steel connection is fitted in the guide groove 70 of the positioning guide 68 and fixed with a bolt, so that stable welding is possible.
