PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working safeguard and an installed assembly for an air filled bag capable of providing safety in working and safety for motor vehicle drivers by previously preventing a motor vehicle from being forced into a buried material when persons work while getting in and out of the buried material including a manhole accessible to a ground. SOLUTION: An installed assembly 16 is formed by connecting an annular fitting member 20 fitted to the opening peripheral edge of a manhole M as a buried material to a mount 18 for an air filled bag via a connecting member. The air filled bag 12 is put on a setting 24 for the mount 18, The fitting member 20 is provided with a protruded engagement member 34 to be engaged with the opening peripheral edge of the manhole M. A motor vehicle, if forced in error into a working site for the manhole M, is received by the air filled bag 12 which is supported by the installed assembly, providing safety for operators accessible to the manhole M.
