PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a gear shifting time constant for deciding a gear shifting speed according to the working states of a brake force control device, a drive force control device, and a constant running control device. SOLUTION: An arrival change gear ratio calculating part 73 calculates an arrival change gear ratio i* by searching a given map from a throttle opening and a car speed. A target change gear ratio calculating part 75 calculates a target change gear ratio Ratio 0 to realize the arrival change gear ratio i*. A gear shifting time constant calculating part calculates a deviation between the arrival change gear ratio i* and the target change gear ratio Ratio 0. By comparing the deviation with a preset value, a time constant calculation mode responding to the gear shifting demand of a driver is set. Based on the time constant calculation mode and the working states of a brake force control device, a drive force control device, and a constant speed running control device, responsiveness to gear shifting responding to the arrival change gear ratio i* is decided and first and second gear shifting time constants Tg1 and Tg2 to set a gear shifting speed are calculated.
