<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying and air-conditioning apparatus with a high COP and made to be compact. SOLUTION: This dehumidifying and air-conditioning apparatus is provided with a water-adsorbing apparatus 103 having a desiccant, a first heat pump HPA and a second heat pump HPB, and a treated air cooling apparatus 300 working as an economizer. Treated air from which water is adsorbed by the desiccant is successively cooled by evaporators 210A, 210B of the first and the second heat pumps, regenerating air for regenerating the desiccant is successively heated by condensers 210A, 220A of the first and the second heat pumps, treated air before cooling by the evaporators 210A, 210B is cooled by the treated air cooling apparatus 300, and regenerating air before heating by the condensers 220B, 220A is heated by the treated air cooling apparatus 300. Since at least two heat pumps are installed, the heat potential difference of the respective heat pumps is small as compared with that in the case only one heat pump is installed and the treated air cooling apparatus 300 works as economizer for the heat pumps HPA, HPB.</p> |
