PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably stop a drying device conducting drying after washing by stopping the operation of the drying device with a controller when a stool cover is detected to be located on the closed side based on the signal from an angle detector detecting the angle of the stool cover while the drying device is in operation. SOLUTION: A controller 9 controls the start and stop of a drying device 11 and the start and stop of a toilet stool washing device 12 with the switch of an operation section 10. An angle detector 13 detects whether a stool cover 4 is closed or not. When a user is seated on a toilet seat 3 and starts the drying device 11 from the operation section 10 then instructs the stop of the drying device 11, the controller 9 stops the operation of the drying device 11. When the user closes the stool cover 4 without instructing the stop of the drying device 11 from the operation section 10, the controller 9 stops the operation of the drying device 11 based on the signal from the angle detector 13 detecting the closed state of the stool cover 4. The drying device 11 is stopped by a timer when the prescribed time elapses after the drying device 11 is started.
