PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a player unskilled or with low technique to sufficiently enjoy a game by changing the count-down speed corresponding to game conditions in a video game device with which a player can operate a game until time is expired on a count-down timer. SOLUTION: A game proceeded by calculation processing based on a program or various data read out from ROM 2 develops corresponding to operation signals from an operating part 9. A count-down timer 6a to indicate remained game time is displayed on the screen of a display device 6. Whether the operation part 9 is operated or not is detected and discriminated by a game operation monitoring circuit 10 and count-down signals generated by the count-down timer circuit 4 through CPU 1 corresponding to the condition to change the count-down speed of the timer 6a on the display device 6. Thus even a player with low technique is enabled to sufficiently enjoy the game. |
