PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure for a tubelike member and a method for fixing the tubelike member to a container wherein even when the structure and the method are applied to various kinds of tubelike members such as a cage coil or a spiral coil, relative displacement caused by thermal expansion occurring between the container and the tubelike member can be reliably absorbed, while excellent anticorrosiveness, sterilizability and cleaning property can be obtained. SOLUTION: A plurality of expansion supports 5 including a slide expansion support 8 having a longitudinal rod 8b formed at an end of a lateral rod 8a the other end of which is fixed to an inner wall 3 of a container and an expansion spacer 9 wherein an end of it is fixed to an outer peripheral face of a tubelike member 2a, the spacer 9 extends in a direction inclined with respect to a virtual line connecting the fixed part and a center of the container 1 toward the inner wall 3 of the container and the longitudinal rod 8b of the slide expansion support is inserted through a through hole 10 formed at a tip so that it can be relatively displaced are provided along the inner wall of the container, whereby the tubulike member 2b is supported on the inner wall of the container, while a lock means for preventing the tubelike member 2a from displacing downward at a level is provided. |
